Berkeley Contact Jam

This is the oldest and biggest (on a rainy day) jam in Berkeley. Before the floor was replaced in 2008, you could smell the sweat of hundreds and hundreds bodies dancing through decades in this studio.

The warm and spacious studio has skylights, high ceilings, gymnastic mats, and large balance balls. There is a piano, theater lighting and a sound system for performances.

We have lots of room for dancing, resting and rolling on the recently renovated beautiful bamboo floor. Three large fans with changing speeds and a huge heater will make your experience more comfortable.

Saturday CI Fundamentals class:

The pre-jam contact class is happening EVERY WEEK (since 2009).  Instructors:  Rosemary Hannon and Vitali Kononov.

1:30-3:30pm
$12-15 (beginners to intermediate level)

Saturday Contact Jam  3:30-6pm
$5 (mixed ability welcome)
